Overview

Not many people on the river, and not as much fishing action as we anticipated. We had some nice fish, but the action wasn’t heavy.

Current Conditions

We floated pump house to state bridge. Beautiful float even if the fishing wasn’t red hot. Had hoped the hopper action would still be heavy, and although there were many of the big guys present, the fish weren’t taking them as readily as we would have liked. Most action close to the bank and on a parachute little yellow sally kind of fly. Wind hit us around Rancho.
